(c) system downtime or technical failures; or
(d) errors or omissions in User-provided data.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration prior to court proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.
